Safety

The single most important factor of our business is the safety of our employees, our Engineer’s employees and our Client’s employees.

Enviro-Air Technologies, Inc. has made tremendous time and financial commitments to ensure our projects are performed in the safest way possible.

All personnel have received OSHA HAZWOPER 40-Hour training and participate in annual 8-Hour refresher courses. All employees are trained in First Aid, CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens. Supervisory personnel receive OSHA HAZWOPER 8-hour Supervisor training annually. All management and employee training meet the training requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.120 and 29 CFR 1926.65. Employees are enrolled in our medical monitoring and drug-testing programs.

A site specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) is developed for projects to address all of the potential hazards that may be encountered during on-site activities. All employees are required to read and sign the HASP prior to the beginning of the project. Upon mobilization, the Enviro-Air Health and Safety Officer (HSO) will review the HASP and specifics of the project with all personnel on the site. The Enviro-Air HSO will conduct daily tailgate safety meetings each morning outlining the day’s activities and potential hazards associated with the day’s tasks.

Enviro-Air has maintained a favorable Pennsylvania Experience Modification Rating for the last 20 years. This is a testament to the execution of our stringent Health and Safety practices in the field. Enviro-Air is a member of BROWZ and Avetta (formally PICS). We feel that joining these organizations shows the commitment management has made to ensure Enviro-Air is a fully qualified, competent contractor that is recognized by industry and business standards nationwide.
